Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to the ZIGMA PLAYER Android application, the ZIGMA website, device panel and related services. By installing, activating or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Nature of the service
ZIGMA PLAYER is software that allows users to play media from sources they choose. The player itself does not supply television channels, IPTV service, subscriptions, playlists or copyrighted entertainment content. Any media source used with the player is supplied by the user or by an independent third party selected by the user.
3. User responsibility and legal authorization
You are responsible for every playlist, URL, server, account, credential and other source you add. You must have all rights, licenses, permissions or other legal authorization required to access and use the source and its content in your jurisdiction.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use ZIGMA PLAYER for unlawful or unauthorized activity, including accessing, reproducing, streaming or distributing copyrighted material without the required permission. You may not bypass security controls, interfere with the Services, introduce malware, scrape or automate the Services in an abusive manner, impersonate others, commit fraud, or reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. Third-party sources and services
ZIGMA PLAYER does not own or control third-party playlists, streaming servers, panel providers, websites or media services connected by a user. We do not guarantee their legality, availability, accuracy, security, performance or continued operation, and their own terms and privacy rules may apply.
6. Player license, price and payment
The standard individual ZIGMA PLAYER license is currently €2.00 for one year unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. The charge is for the player software license only and does not include a playlist, IPTV package, channel package or media subscription. Available payment methods may include PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
7. No automatic renewal
The standard one-year player license is a fixed-term purchase. It is not automatically renewed and no recurring renewal charge is made by ZIGMA PLAYER. After expiry, a user who wishes to continue with another paid term must renew manually.
8. Accounts and device management
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, prevent fraud or enforce these Terms.
9. Software license
Subject to these Terms, ZIGMA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the application on compatible devices you own or control for its intended purpose. No ownership of ZIGMA software, branding, code or other intellectual property is transferred to you.
10. Service availability and changes
Features may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued. Availability can depend on your device, Android version, network, third-party APIs and user-supplied media source. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Intellectual property
ZIGMA branding, application code, website design and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ZIGMA does not warrant third-party content, sources or services and does not guarantee that a user-supplied source will remain available or function correctly.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZIGMA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use the Services or from independent third-party sources. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy
Use of the Services is also subject to the ZIGMA PLAYER Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services, legal requirements or business practices change. The current version will be published on this website with an updated date.
16. Contact
Questions, complaints and legal notices should be submitted through the official contact or support channel published in the ZIGMA PLAYER website or account panel.
