This Privacy Policy explains how ZIGMA PLAYER may handle information when you use the ZIGMA website, account/device panel and Android application. Actual processing depends on the features you use.
1. Information you provide
We may process information you provide to create or use an account, activate a device, receive a purchase receipt, request support, manage a license or configure a media source. This may include your email address, account identifiers, device identifiers and configuration information.
2. Device and technical information
For activation, security, troubleshooting and service reliability, the Services may process technical information such as device identifiers, application version, operating-system information, IP address, timestamps, request logs and diagnostic information.
3. Playlist and source information
If you add a third-party playlist or media source, the application may use the source details you provide to connect your device to that independent service. ZIGMA PLAYER does not provide that content. You should only provide credentials or source information that you are authorized to use.
4. Payments and receipts
When you purchase a ZIGMA PLAYER license, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider such as PayPal, which may make card funding options such as Visa or Mastercard available to eligible buyers. We may store transaction references, the associated device MAC address, license dates and the receipt email needed to confirm activation. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
5. How information is used
Information may be used to activate and manage player licenses, operate accounts and devices, provide requested configuration, secure the Services, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, diagnose technical problems and comply with legal obligations.
6. Cookies and website logs
The website may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for account sessions, security and functionality. Web servers and infrastructure providers may also create technical access logs.
7. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, hosting, security, payment, transactional-email and support providers to operate the Services. This can include Cloudflare for hosting/security, PayPal for payment processing and an email-delivery provider for license receipts. Those providers may process information as needed to perform their services and subject to their own privacy and legal obligations.

The Services may link to or connect with independent third-party websites or media services. ZIGMA does not control their privacy practices. Review the privacy terms of any third party you choose to use.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Services. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention and service security, subject to the actual production systems and applicable law.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, applicable data-protection law may give you rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. Requests should be made through the official privacy or support contact published by ZIGMA PLAYER.
