Important: ZIGMA PLAYER is a media player and does not provide or host IPTV channels, playlists, subscriptions, movies, series or other streaming content for users.

Respect for intellectual property

ZIGMA PLAYER respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. The application must not be used to access or distribute unauthorized copyrighted content.

Copyright notices

If you believe material that is directly hosted, published or controlled by ZIGMA PLAYER infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright notice. Where the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act applies, a notice should substantially comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

What to include

Where to send a notice

Submit the completed notice through the official copyright, legal or support contact published on the ZIGMA PLAYER website or account panel. Do not send notices concerning material that ZIGMA does not host or control to unrelated parties.

User-selected third-party streams

A user may configure ZIGMA PLAYER to communicate with an independent third-party media source. ZIGMA does not control content hosted on that third party's servers. When an infringement complaint concerns content hosted by an independent service, the rights holder should also contact the actual host, operator or distributor that controls the material.

Response to valid notices

When a valid notice concerns material or a service directly controlled by ZIGMA, we may investigate and take action appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law, which can include removing or disabling access to material under our control or restricting abusive use of our Services.

Misrepresentation

Submitting a knowingly false or materially misleading copyright notice may create legal liability. Only submit a notice when you have a legitimate basis to do so.
